Refund Policy Lexington School District One: Option 1 - Fan Receives Ticket to Future Game (considered an exchange) In lieu of refunding a ticket, the fan will receive a complimentary ticket to a future event. Scenario 1 - The event is rescheduled but not cancelled. All tickets purchased would be valid for the event’s new day and time. Scenario 2 - The event is cancelled. We can provide a Promo Code to each ticket purchaser to use for another event of their choosing, making their ticket purchase free. Option 2 - Fan Receives a Partial Refund A refund for the face value of the ticket less processing fees. These can be handled as a credit to the purchaser back to the card used for purchasing the ticket.

New clear bag procedureAs part of the district’s efforts to continue improving and advancing safety and security measures, Lexington District One implemented a clear bag procedure, which has been in effect since August 22, 2022, for all sporting events.

This new procedure will limit the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums/sporting events. Exceptions to this procedure will be made for all medically necessary items after proper inspection.

Individuals will be permitted to carry one clear bag, not to exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches. A small clutch or wallet can be carried separately or be included in this clear bag. The clutch or wallet should not exceed 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches (approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap).

A clear bag is not required in order to carry small permissible items such as keys, wallets, cell phones, credit cards, cash, etc., which should be carried in a pocket.
