Effective August 22, 2022, Lexington County School District One implemented a clear bag procedure for all middle and high school athletic events.

Individuals with tickets will be permitted to carry one clear bag, not to exceed 12” x 6" x 12.” A small clutch or wallet may be included in this clear bag if it does not exceed 4.5” x 6.5."

Individuals are also permitted to carry a clear one-gallon resealable plastic storage bag.

A clear bag is not required in order to carry small permissible items which can fit in a pocket such as keys, wallets, cell phones, credit cards, cash, etc. Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco and electronic cigarettes.

If an individual cannot utilize a clear bag due to medical concerns, they will be required to speak with a designated gate
administrator and the medical bag will be subject to search.

All non-medical items must be placed in a 12” x 6" x 12” clear bag. No camera bags are allowed.
